PAYMENT
At present I can only accept payment via Paypal. Paypal is a secure service. I reserves the right to refuse delivery to unconfirmed or unverified PayPal addresses. We do not accept PayPal e-cheques because experience shows this form of payment to be slow (sometimes taking up to 3 weeks) and this will delay despatch of your order.
PACKAGING
Each piece of jewellery is wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza jewellery pouch.
DELIVERY
Your order will be sent by registered post and I aim to despatch within 48 hours. I will contact you if there is going to be a delay for any reason. In the event that you have chosen an item that is already sold, I will notify you and offer you the opportunity to make a substitution. If you do not want a substitution I will of course refund the full cost of your order.
RETURNS
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase of Suzy Enoch Jewellery. Each item is throughly checked prior to it being sent to you and should arrive in perfect condition.
However if you discover a manufacturing fault do please return your jewellery to me within 14 days, by registared post, unworn and in its original packaging and condition and I will of course refund your money or exchange the item. Please send to one of the following address's.
